False Advertising

I bought an MTN locked rooter at Pep Kwa-Thema Square for R200 on 19/09/2025 with an MTN special whereby buy a rooter and get 20G MTN data. I was advised that it may take up to 72 hours for it to load after my sim card has been verified. The sim card was verified by 22/09/2025 and the data was not allocated. on 26/09/2025 I reached out to MTN in order to ascertain the reason for the delay and I was professionally assisted by Philisiwe who advised that the matter was with Wholesale billing, logged a case and furnished BO*** as reference. 72 hours passed and no data was loaded. I have been following up with no assistance. Will I ever receive what was sold to me or must I just return the rooter to Pep and get my money back?
