i have taken out a mtn my choice top up R110 contract with mtn on the 13-10-2015. which includes a blackberry 9720 with 24months bis and 25 sms. firstly they gave me a wrong contract sim card. when they did give me the right sim and activated it the bis and sms was not loaded. when i called into customer care they said the deal is showing as a no phone deal. they told me 24hrs everything should be sorted out. 24hrs has passed now my deal on the system is showing as a cellphone deal without bis or sms. what kind of company are yourl running. up till today my contract is still not sorted. this is the worse network i have ever been on and your staff are not even helpful. i would like your response by end of today.
