False 24 month terms.

I signed up for a 24 month contract, 15 January 2023 was the day of my contract. I opted not toupgrade and asked mtn to move my sim to a prepaid sim. They did that.

Now it's February and they debited my account again even though my 24 months have already been paid. So now I've paid 25 months. When I phoned they said it's just because I need to pay this to be able to keep my device.

This doesn't seem correct to me because I singed for 24 months not 25, and if you upgrade your contract they don't charge you to keep your device at the end of that contract.

Deeply dissatisfied with thus to be honest. If you want to cancel before hand you need to pay a cancelation fee but if you cancel in the month when the contract end then you pay another debit order anyway. Ridiculous in my opinion.
