**** screen repairs by MTN Insurance

<p>I have a cell phone contract wth MTN and I also have an MTN cellphone insurance which is comprehensive. </p> <p> </p> <p>My phone fell recently and as a result the screen was cracked. I made a claim, however, the phone taken in for repairs and got returned with a **** screen and a faulty home button.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then made a call to report the issue to MTN insurance and the consultant told me that there are no original iPhone 6 screens, which is the phone that I took for repair under the contract. I tried going to their store at the Cresta Shopping Mall they referred me to go to Midrand and I didn't got there as I didn't see the reason for that.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone was never repaired property and it happened on 3 occasions. I don't know what to do because I am using the phone with the **** screen and I can't got back to MTN as I feel like they will do the same thing over and over again. Help. </p>
