<p>Its been 7 months waiting for MTN insurance to call me regarding collecting my phone and giving me a loan unit which is what i was promised i would get in the event of a claim... So that is 7 premiums that i have paid to you and still my phone is not fixed countless phone calls to your call center to have this matter resolved to no avail... Is this the kind of service I should expect from MTN.... I have totally lost all faith and credibility in MTN as a brand</p>
