On Saturday, the 23rd of january, I won a debonairs voucher worth R100 when I played #remake2020.

MTN said they would send me an sms with the voucher details after I had claimed it. MTN never sent the message with details I went to the closest Debonairs to purchase with the vouchers only to be faced with embarrassment when the cashier told me that they have no vouchers with MTN and they did not know what I was talking about.

I'm highly dissapoimted, as I don't understand why you run a competition like this if you won't deliver. Debonairs don't even know about this voucher and you give your clients false hope.

The inconvenience caused by going to Debonairs to redeem the voucher before it expired only to. Find out the the voucher doesn't even exist.

I when I called customer service. They didn't even know what I was talking about and just kept on transferring and giving me alternative numbers to call at my expense.
