Hi,

MTN handed my account in arrears to Saya. I paid up the amount in arrears to SAYA, Saya is now abusing me, telling me to pay reconnection fee and subscription fee. When I spoke to Mzwakhe from Saya, he assured me that I only needed to pay one thousand and seven hundred rands in order for my account to be up to date. Now after paying the amount above, he sent me a letter stating that I must pay further one thousand nine hundred and ten rands failure which my account would not be paid up. I thought saya was just collecting amount in arrears, and not taking over the account. When I phoned MTN last week friday, I was told that I must just settle the arrears, and that there was no need to pay reconnection fees. Please assist.
