FAILURE TO UPLOAD 30GB FREE PROMOTINAL DATA ON UPGRADE

On the 5th January 2018 i did an upgrade at the Wonderpark mtn store and was promised that 30GB of promotional data will be loaded which will be valid for 30 days. Subsequent to the upgrade no such data was loaded and i made numerous enquiries to the call centre and well as at the store but everytime I'm promised that the data will be transferred or uploaded. I already have three reference numbers from the call centre: 1- ********** 0674; 1- ********** 6307 and 1- ********** 0098. At the store i was assited by a lady with the name of Gloria and the store contact number is ********** and everytime on enquiry she indicates that she sent an email to escalate my complaint but nothing comes of it.

i am extremely dissatisfied with the service because its now 18 days later and mtn has failed to honor its promise of 30GB which, i must mention, is also advertised on the promotional booklet.
