FAILURE TO UPHOLD INITIAL SIGNED CONTRACT

A contract was signed with Nashua mobile, who underwrote the contract for MTN. Currently Nashua Mobile contracts are being handled by other service providers, MTN being one of them. My contract is with MTN. The contract that was signed between Nashua Mobile and myself was not carried through. Nashua Mobile failed to advise MTN about the contract signed by me. Resulting in my phone bills escalating to more than a hundred percent. This infuriates me as I'm now faced with exorbitant bills for the last few months. This clearly indicates that my initial contract was not upheld and it is sad that I have to see this contract through. If possible I would like to terminate this contract immediately. <br> <br> Frustrated customer<br>
