FAILURE TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT

I have been requesting MTN to update my account on their side for almost a year now still nothing, I now have a default on my report though I pay every month.

MTN consultants please do your work and update a simple thing on your side PLEASE, I cant be calling nonstop and sending numerous emails every second day its exhausting.
