Failure to update data bundle

Your data bundles are not reliable, now it's 12:48 in the morning and my daily 2gig for 30 days taken on the 7th is still not showing up. My number is ***. I have reported this failure on numerous occasions and it's affecting me financially as i have to purchase extra data every time you not updating my account
