Failure to update Credit Profile.
I am having a terrible experience with the MTN consultants who can not help me with my Credit Update. My account was handed over and paid last year. My credit is not update since then. This is having a very negative impact on my profile. I would not recommend this network at all. Bad service to the core.

26 Mar 2026, 09:29MTN is very unprofessional. Their reply email stated that they will respond within 24hrs and they never did. I want MTN legal to clear the supposed debt on my profile because I had long paid them. I wonder how many South Africans are facing the same problem!!!!
