Failure to terminate a contract.

For months trying to terminate my contract and even after emails and calls MTN is busy sending invoices like I owe them and ruining my credit score, which I took years building a good credit score. Contract has long reached its expiration and I don’t use it at all. I honestly need help dealing with this matter. I’d give it a negative rating if it was possible.
