FAILURE TO SUPPLY BASIC SERVICE
I visited 3 Mtn branches over the festive season: N1 City, Tyger Valley, Bay View Mall. The nano cutters at all three branches were broken. It is a very basic service and may seem like a petty complaint, but this is inconvenient at a time when people buy new phones as presents and sim cards often have to be adapted. Even more upsetting is that the saleslady at the Bay View Mall actually referred me to Vodacom or the Pakistani shop.
