Failure to remove legal status

I have in February lodged a complaint regarding the ********** accountthat was opened in my name and the pathetic service I receivedfrom the consultants at Mtn.Till today I have not been removed from the dirty books .I was given reference number ********** 02 promising me to remove legal status on my name but to my surprise this is appearing when I need to apply for credit elsewhere.Please dear Mtn,I am actually tired of fighting and my next step will not be a nice one from here.If you can clear my name.Thats all I'm asking for.I do not have the cellphone number as I never owned the contract.contact me on ********** 151
