Failure to provide contract data
Since I signed a new contract with MTN in February I have yet to receive my \free data"<br> My contract clearly states I should receive 300mb of data every month.<br> <br> The only thing I have gotten from this useless company since February is:<br> <br> 6 reference numbers <br> 7 Bills<br> <br> I am tired of calling your useless call center.<br> I am tired of receiving a new reference number and told to wait seven(working) days.<br> <br> MTN"

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that the data provisioning has been rectified. Currently there is an amount of 600MB reflecting on your account. We have processed a credit of R137.48 for the 5 months that you did not receive the 300MB bundle. This will reflect on your next statement.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
