Failure to provide a statement

My account was referred to Norton -Lambrianos Attorneys and once I had settled the account, I was given a settlement letter, which I emailed to MTN customer services. I then asked to reactive my account as it was paid up, legal department (Zola Matshoba) got back to me advising that there were missing subscription fees that has to be paid to bring the account up to date; I have then requested an updated statement for my account in order to make payment and be able to reactive the account. I have escalated this matter to Veronica Smith (Complaints Analyst) who also have failed to get back to me, it has been over a month and this account will be in arrears yet again.

Can someone wake up at this company!!!!!
