Failure to perfon Sim Swap

I'm soo upset with Mtns failure to perfom my sim swap succesfully after 4 days of consistantly trying. I was consistantly told that I got the security questions for days. My phone was ****** and because of delay in sim swap I was unable to get my banking aps and make sure my finaces are safe annd my payments are done on time. How stupid is it that my sim swap depend on whether I remember the last data bundle or air time I loaded even when I have an Id and I can do fingerprint to prove my identity. Why must my sim swap be delayed based on these insignificant frivorous questions. Imagine if you lost you bank card if they asked you if you bought chips or yogurt on your last purchase. Those are stupid questions! The bank bases your new card on if your card is lost on your Id and fingerprint. This sim swap process is so stupid and endangers financial security as banking of people is based on a phone number and sim swap is a very important thing!!!

I'm so disappointed as someone who has always used mtn as long as I can remenmber!!! Very poor processes and verifivcations.
