Failure to keep the Towers online at the start and end of loadshedding

Why, at the START of loadshedding, does my Mobile SIM AND my Fixed LTE go offline for between 5 and 10 minutes??? Then, when loadshedding is over and the power is switched ON again, does my Mobile SIM AND my Fixed LTE go offline AGAIN for between 5 and 10 minutes??? At times, the Fixed LTE remains OFFLINE for the entire duration of loadshedding, THREE TIMES A DAY!!!!! If Vodacom can manage to keep their Towers online at the start AND at the end of loadshedding and for the duration of loadshedding, WHY CAN'T YOU??????? You can ignore my complaints as much as your like, MTN... Every five days, for as long as this issue persists, I will lodge a new complaint on Hellopeter. Why can't you get it ight?????????
