Failure to do a sim swap in 4days!!!

On the 11th of June 2015. I was swapping my sim card from a Nokia to a samsung S3 phone it slipped and was caught in between the car seat rails. The sim card was an old 32k than i bought an LTE sim and called Mtn for a sim swap/upgrade.

I quoted the 3 numbers i frequently use as asked and one of the numbers is *** (Which happens to be a ported Vodacom number to Mtn) the same company that fails to find it on their system, which 4 days later i get to find out i have been failing to answer due to it not being on the \system generated numbers"where as it is thee most dialed number on my phone. The second reason was that i kept saying my phone is a Samsung S3 when they can see it registered as a GT-9300 which to my understanding is an S3.

I have been with Mtn for over 10 years and if this is how they treat their customers then i have had it!! The last call i made to the call center i was told a supervisor is going to call me but no call i have received till NOW"
