Failure to deliver statements
So I have a 3G and cell contract with MTN which I took out last year in August. I pay for these then my employer reimburses me as it is part of my package. MTN has been sending me my statements via email from September last year until February this year. I raised this with them but the ignored me. Only in May dod they give me access to the e-billing portal so that I can download them myself.
However my finance department want reasons as to why the February and March statement were not delivered on time. I have since sent this ti MTN but they keep on sending me from pillar to post.
I am not sure whom to talk to anymore and they, MTN, are just not willing to help.
