Failure to close acount of deceased person by MTN

I have been trying to cancel my deceased father's account with MTN since December 2020. I have been to the MTN store in Walmer Park Shopping Center twice and spoken with Melissa Willaims and Damian and was given a reference number ***. Despite this MTN is still deducting money on a monthly basis for the deceased bank account.
