Failure to change billing address

MTN REF: [#***]<br> I AGAIN referred MTN to my message dated 1 Apr 2015 in which I supp**** them with further documentation (ID/CC) as well as those of:<br> 14 Nov 2014<br> 2 Feb 2015 - On my CC letterhead<br> 18 Feb 2015<br> 10 Mar 2015<br> 24 Mar 2015<br> 25 Mar 2015<br> And their emails/automatic responses in connection with this issue dated:<br> 14 Nov 2014<br> 2 Feb 2015<br> 10 Mar 2015<br> 25 Mar 2015<br> 1 Apr 2015<br> I HAVE AGAIN RECEIVED MY STATEMENT IN MY OPEN, UNLOCKED STREET MAILBOX INSTEAD OF MY PO BOX ADDRESS AS PER REQUESTS ABOVE!!!<br> This is a personal security issue for me as anyone can have access to my details, cell number and all the numbers I have called in the last month by picking it out of the street mailbox!<br> I NEVER asked MTN to change my billing address when they took over my account from Nashua Mobile - MTN took it upon yourselves to do so!<br> And now they are unwilling (or incapable) of changing it back to my PO Box address.<br> Sandy Barnes<br> DIRECTOR<br> Ex Diverso CC
