Failure to cancell upgrade for 2 months

Iv requested an upgrade to be cancelled for since beginning of September due to their failure to deliver my handset. To date 13October 2017, no cancellation processed.

I'm on a phone for an hour daily holding on a phone to speak to consultant. Once that happens, I receive same answer...stating they need to get the phone back to MTN......2 MONTHS of waiting is unacceptable. I have exhausted all means to get this cancelled.......
