Failure to Cancel the contract!
Good Day

I want to cancel my contract with MTN and move over to prepaid. I was advised to do this the day after contract expires. I called on the 2nd January 2016 to cancel my contract and migrate to prepaid.

It is the 14th January already and I still haven't been migrated to prepaid.

I have 3 reference numbers ***, ***, *** . Seriously how many reference numbers do they need to action out my request.

When I speak to someone on the call center they tell me they will send an email . Why can't I speak to a person who will action it immediately ??

Could someone at MTN please do what I ask.

Thanks
Jan-Daniel
