Failure to cancel my ckntract
I want my contract cancelled. MTN is completely useless and dictate to you what and what you can’t do. I called to cancel my contract as guided by their staff and now it was all of sudden rejected with no communication what’s so ever! There is a reason why I am cancelling my contract and the service received today shows that

Their customer service portable has changed where clients are unable to speak to a physical human being! Your processes are floored and you obviously give care for the public! Your customers, it’s because of your lack of care towards your clients that you are loosing business. I feel I have tried to resolve this on my own however I now need to take this further! You are preventing me from doing my work as I use my phone for work purposes and any lose suffered through your incompetence will be claimed for
