Failure to cancel mtn sim card

I cancelled my mtn sim card in February but you guys are still debiting my account. On too of that you are debiting different amount from the agreed. I went to Musgrave mtn store for the cancellation and paid the cancellation fee in feb. The store is now telling me there’s nothing the can do. When calling your call centre I’m referred back to the store.
