Failure to cancel contract
I requested MTN to cancel my contract in April and it took them 3months to respond to my request. They continue to bill me even though they failed to render service. I refuse to pay anything for the line that was billed after April. MTN IS THE MOST HORRIFIC SERVICE PROVIDER, LOYALTY AND SERVICE IS ALIEN TO THEM. I want my accounts sorted and I am determined to post in every social media how MTN corns people instead of serve. No one bothered to call and apologies for their poor service. MTN deserves a shut down and it's employees have no service.

Thank you for your post.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
If your request to cancel was in April the contract would have been cancelled in May(30 days notice). Therefore your are liable for charges May, R478.66, this amount includes your line which is still in contract period. We will reverse the charges for June for the line which expired, since the line was only cancelled in June.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
Regards
Veronica
