Failure of notifying new night express times
Last night I've decided to update e my computer and programs with night express data. I started my downloads from 0:30 to 5:45. That morning, I've noticed that my day time data went down with 6gb. I almost have no data left and I need this for working from home.
Later Ive tried their live chat support just to find the site is is not working.
After some time, support told me that the night express data times have changed from 0:01 to 4:59, even short period! I see this as breaking the contact that i have signed, because absolutely NO notice has been given, ive check my mail, nothing.
I want a refund on my day time data that was supposed to be used in the night time data.

No one in the right mind will check everyday for new sms' on their router.
Why do you even need our emails then?
This was the first time using MTN. I had great hope but due to the lack of effort and service I simply cannot recommend this MTN services to anyone who wants to try MTN.
