Failing to update credit scores

<p>It is disappointing for me to report that after many attempts of communication (email and telephone calls), I have been struggling to get MTN to competently and correctly update my credit history report accordingly to my payment records. It is disturbing to mention that good payment records fail to be updated on time , however one default “if occurs” gets updated immediately . I cannot understand why DSTV chooses to have my profile on transunion if theyv do not have a proper system in place to ensure these records are updated on time monthly. This has now come to a point where my credit score and record is being drastically affected because dstv has failed to update my payment records for 3 months – October 2016 to date. I am unhappy with this service and process in place, kindly rectify immediately.</p>
