failing to issue contract documents

I went to Eatgate MTN branch on Saturday to upgrade my contract ,unfortunately they did not have the phone I was looking for and I then decided to check the Germiston branch I was assisted by Mirriam the service was fine,my issue is ,although I got my phone there was one thing missing with the documents she required and that was my divorce documents as she wanted to confirm that my surname is correct.I have a daughter that works in the same shopping centre she then went on tuesday and handed in the documents that where missing but Miriam the consultant failed to give her the contract as promised.<br> Now I am concerned as there is a lot of ***** out there and I don't understand why I still haven't received the contract, what is she busy doing with my papers and why hasn't she called to give feedback ,I plead with MTN Germiston and MTN head office to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible because I will hold MTN liable if anything happens.
