Failing to get a simple paid up letter!

Really ***********!!! I've been calling for their legal department but they said I won't get through to that department since they don't pick up their phones. I emailed their legal department weeks ago requesting for a paid up letter but even today no response. I NEED A PAID UP LETTER FOR MY CONTRACT!!!!. I don't recommend their services to anyone!
