failing to deliver what was promised

I am not happy with MTN , they promised me to reverse the money they took in January within 4 working days , today its the 7th day and I have not receive the money . please try to deliver when you promise something , it was easy for you guys to debit my account without my concern , now I have to beg you to reverse my money. can I get my money before the end of this week please
