Failed to provide with a paid up letter

Mtn is failing to give me a paid up letter. I paid the account via nudebt management sent all the proof of payment but I’m told it will be sent I make countless calls to their legal department I’m told they not taking calls and nobody is getting back and nudebt management says the letter is with mtn
