Failed to deliver cellphone for over two weeks
My complaint is on the worst service I have so far received from MTN. Firstly it takes no less than 20 minuted to get through to their callcentre. When I get through explaining I have been wating for my cellphone to be delivered for over two weeks. I get transferred to their deliveries section. While on the line. the fone just cuts off while on hold.

A week ago, their consultant told me, my cellphone has not been sent to the courier company. She promised to send an email immediatley & said by the end of the day the courier company will deliver. For two consecutive days I called the courier company to check whether they have my fone. On both occasions, they said MTN has not sent the fone. I have failed even today after speaking to two consultants as to when will I get the fone delivered. I am utterly disappointed with such poor service yet they activated my contract sim card already with no fone to use.
