Failed simswap at Mtn Table Bay Mall

Hi all, i would like to report very poor service from Mtn table bay mall in Cape Town. My wife went for a prepaid simswap on the 1st of October 2022. Which also he business number. The manager helped us and said its sorted. Her number is still lost, i called back many times and had to travel 70km back to the shop to find out whats happening. Manager said then about some glitch on the system from his side for authorization. And will call head office. And ask if i can wait and give it some time. He called 2 times after that again to say he still handling the query. And never again from him. My wife business has suffered tremendously through being from communication.
