Failed Cancellation Process

Cancelling MTN contract has been an absolute nightmare! They keep deducting money from my account after receiving cancellation confirmation via email. This is painful cos my hard earned money is going towards something that’s not in my possession. I would never recommend them to anyone! Trash service!
