failed assistance from MTN

I have had a contract for more than 16 years now, my phone was ****** on the 20th April 2024,ive been trying to get a swim swap but they have been unable to assist me,its now 14 May 2024 and i still dont have my number back,I have been to centirion mall MTN and Menlyn Mall Direct store,Both stores have failed me,i Dont know where to,go now to get help
