Fail to deliver.

I ordered a router three weeks back and was supposed to receive it a week back but they postponed to this Tuesday. This Tuesday comes they don’t deliver my router and I give them a call to find out what is going on and they tell me the drivers who was delivering got hijacked! Firstly they don’t inform me what’s going on, I had to call them to find out! Secondly they tell me it’ll be delivered the next day. Next day comes they call me telling me that unfortunately they still need to order it again! Making it my fault that they can’t deliver! I call to see what’s going on, they keep telling me they working on it.

Worst experience for the first time ever I’ve tried using MTN! I would never recommend it.
