Factory Fault Xperia XZ from Budget Cellular

I insured my Sony Xperia Z5(compact) with Mtn Pinnacle marketing, years later it got ******. I lodged a claim and the ****** device was replaced with Sony Xperia XZ (compact). In the midst of using the new device, I realised that it wasn't viable, it would get hot while stored in the pocket, as the battery gets low, it heads up and start freezing. I reported it to Mtn Pinnacle Marketing where I was gladly assisted by the lady called ***lin Sambaba. She fowarded my concern to their cellphone supplier called Budget Cellular.

Amanda Verster from Budget Cellular arranged for the device to be couriered. They confirmed that they received the device, and that it was booked in with their technicians.

I was assured that I'll receive a feedback from time to time on the progress of my device, which didn't happen. Three weeks later, I complained to Amanda that they taking too long and that they not communicating with me at all, she apologised and advised me that the device is fixed, they will dispatch it the same day and I should receive it the following day.

I received the device, after monitoring it for about two days I realised that it's still defective as it was before, emmediately I informed Amanda Verster of the results. She sent courier company to collect it again!, hopefully for the last time, she then apologised for the inconvenience caused and Promised that she'll send a daily feedback to keep me up to date.

It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything from her, what frustrates me the most is the fact that Gene Sias from Mtn Pinnacle Marketing is copied in all the discontent communications sent and received but nothing is being done by Mtn Pinnacle Marketing.

It's clear that the cellphone has a FACTORY FAULT. Having being a loyal client to Mtn Pinnacle Marketing, who never missed even a single monthly premium, I demmand an emmediate intervention from Mtn Pinnacle Marketing.

I will not accept a faulty device from your so called supplier BUDGET CELLULAR!
