I have app**** for a WIFI router for R269 on the 13th of May 2021, reference number ***3. A year later I discovered that one of their consultant has added something to my contract without my knowledge which increased my premium to almost R330. I logged complaints and enquiries. The contract number was ***, the Service Request Number: *** and ***., the matter were closed without any resolutions with no feedback. I attempted several times to call their help desk and was told I would be called back. I then decided to cancel the agreement, due to lack of feedback and communication. MTN also closed the router. All of a sudden after 3 years, the debt was prescribed and I am getting threats from their attorneys, that I owe more than R3000. MTN is nothing but *****ulent telecommunication service provider.
