By all means avoid taking a contract with MTN. On the 26th of July I paid for a home wifi router for R321 and they tried deducting the money again on the 02nd of august. On the 1st of august they added an amount of R233 on my bill from 01/08-31/08 they added another R233 amount from ***. When I asked what are these amounts for they couldn’t answer me. They moved on to saying I owe them R806.99 after only using their service for one month When I asked them about the double amount they charged they said they can’t see my payment on their system hence they charged twice but I the amount was debited from my account Unfortunately I cannot pay for something I do not know and now they are threatening to take me to the credit bureau while they are trying to **** me Avoid MTN at all costs
