F***** up network. They're taking me for a ride🤬😡

I would give this 0 stars but it's not possible. I submitted a claim with them over 2 weeks ago and to this day I'm still waiting. They have the WORST customer service and not to mention their email agents who keep giving false updates. It's always "the driver is on its way" or "the package will be delivered today" but that's a hoax. I've paid an excess fee for something I have yet to receive. If I don't call/email them guess what... they won't update me. To say I'm furious is an understatement. The lack of urgency or genuine support is appalling.
