EXTREMELY USELESS
<p>I have been using MTN for about a year now, and it is one problem after another. At the moment the problem is I don't receive any calls. Everything goes to voicemail, despite me cancelling call forwards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Of course, MTN does not allow you to cancel their stupid voicemail call forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>Calling MTN (173) is just as useless. Going through the options and eventually getting through to the operator takes the better part of ten minutes. By which time I am so irritated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Only to have the operator who cannot speak a reasonable English or sort out any problem at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to change to another network but of course carrying my number over is just as much of a pain in the ass. </p>

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
We have asked for assistance from the prepaid department, they cannot pick up any reason for the call to go to the voice mail function.
It can be that the device have diverts, please try to do the following on the device:
Remove diverts: ##002#02 ok switch off and see if this is working
Remove barring : # 330*0000#ok. switch off and see if this is working.
If you still experience the same problem please notify us for further assistance. Please place your sim card in a different device and see if the problem is the same.
