Extremely unprofessional and service sucks

Took a contract out for a laptop been waiting 4 weeks for delivery called in and asked the lady that assisted me, she assured me that it would be delivered in the next 2 days. Another week went by without delivery. Called in to MTN to talk to a consultant to find out where the laptop is. They put me on hold for an hour each time and when someone eventually answers they either drop the call or don't speak I'm so tired of trying to reach them. They are really unprofessional
