EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

We asked MTN to suspend/block a line due to someone not returning 2 devices which were on a business contract anyway things were sorted out between both parties and MTN was requested to lift the black listing as well as reactivate the lines. It is now the 26th of August and nothing has been done, the requests are blatantly ignored and no one is giving answers! This is extremely frustrating because it is interfering with a person ability to earn an income!!
