Extremely Unprofessional

Last week I went to MTN Woodlands to upgrade my cellphone. When arriving at the counter, the lady who assisted me wasn't very eager to help me, being very avoidant when needing to answer questions regarding avaikable upgrades. When I decided on which phone I'm taking, there wasn't any stock (iPhone 6s). I then filled in a form to request upper hand when stock arrives. Friday they contacted me and said my phone has arrived.<br> I drove to MTN all the way just to realize they ordered the wrong phone. The gentleman then took my number and said they will call me when they made a plan. I still haven't heard anything from them. Also nobody is answering when you phone (5 times) regarding my request. I somehow got through to head office, where a lady answered saying she will shortly come back to me regarding my request, which I still haven't heard of again!
