Extremely unhelpful service at MTN store in Makhado

I've been a long time client of MTN in Louis Trichardt. I had a 2 year contract which ended in August, but decided to do an early upgrade in July. When I upgraded they charged both my old phone and new phone at once, when the contract clearly stated that I would only be charged for my old phone at the end of July and the new one at the end of August. Since then I have tried calling them, meeting them in the branch and calling head office. When at the branch they've told me they can't help me and that I have to call the MTN helpline, they didn't answer a few times, and when they finally did they kept on transferring me. Eventually when getting to someone who can help me, they tell me they'll refer my issue and call me back. They never did, and everytime I tried calling back I had to start all over again because they had no idea what my problem was about. Now they repeatedly suspend my number, and expect me to pay for the fees accrued for not paying both at the end of July. I'm am extremely unhappy, and am at my wit's end. I'm hoping this review will help others, and perhaps give MTN an idea of how badly they have treated me, because talking to them has gone nowhere
