Extremely unhappy with the poor service from MTN

I woke up today my mtn number is not working, I am being sent from pillar to post since 6am, no one is able to assist me. I have called 5 times, your consultants talk like they just woke up and apparently there is no team leader that I can speak to, according to Zingiso Ngqinambi who was very rude and it seems like she doesn't even know what she is doing as she didn't know a lot. I need my phone to work, I should be working by 8am but I can't because of MTN and no one is able to see what is the issue and resolve it. I am a paying client and I have never skipped my debit order date. I need this resolved ASAP please.
