EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

I am sick and tired of MTN and their outsourcing companies. I have been trying to upgrade for almost a month now with no luck.

They are quick to call you to tell you that you are due for upgrade, but when you upgrade they do the upgrade for you and just go missing on you. No communication nothing. I have to call every second day to find out what's happening and the consultant who assisted me is forever on lunch. I leave numerous messages she never gets back to me.
